"Wanderer's Road"

Some say: "A ship without a destination is a ship without a purpose." I say: A ship without a destination is a home for those who wander."

I continue walking down a road that keeps winding,

Searching as if there was something worth finding.

Hence were I started, I'm still not sure,

For through my minds eye the past is a blur.

From what life has shown, and from what I could see,

I was not alone, surely this road wasn't just for me.

Those wandering walking are many, few, and far in between,

Searching for their means that they have not yet foreseen.

On this road we wander, as we search, for what is home,

And through this journey we know that we have only grown.

We dare not change the past in which is set in stone,

For on this wanderer's road, we make our futures our own.
