You have clothes to wash
A room to clean
Poems to write
Get ready for tomorrow
Come on wake up
Don’t fall back to sleep
I know sleeping feels good
And your thoughts are running
Yes your body hurts
But you can’t stay in bed all day
Now get up and stretch
I now it’s too noisy in the morning for you
And you are over stimulated
You can’t say in the bed all day
Not today
Get up and eat
And stop holding your pee
Get up now
Remove the covers over your head
And don’t stay in bed all day
