We went where we weren't wanted,

Without waiting.

When we walked, we would watch windows.

Weird waiters whispering with wonderful women.

What was whispered? Why?

We wish we worshiped watermelons.

Why wouldn't we?

Write what we want when we want.

Wild walruses washed with wet wax.

Wagons will win.

I love the elegant simplicity in each line, the seemingly bizarre finishing lines punctuating the question “why wouldn’t we write what we want?” Makes me ponder.
