A Poem

Men ripple in the strobing light,

Flesh dancing in the sea of sound,

As sweat spray the balmy air,

Building inside the secret clubs.

My mouth drowns with the sight,

Lusting with hunger akin to a hound,

Wishing to bite something quare,

And leave appendages as oozing nubs.

My dry throat swallows the night,

As the thumping bass pound,

And I catch the scent of body hair,

Amongst cute otters and cubs.

Skins press together tight,

Foreshadowing being later bound,

And allowing me to dare,

To use them to extinguish cigarette stubs.

I'll never see him after tonight,

As if buried in hallowed ground;

Another married man's nightmare,

Dreaming of doms and subs.
