Vocal.Media Support. Take this annoying black banner off my account vocal.media please

Dear Vocal.Media Support,

I am writing regarding several ongoing issues with my account. Yes, I did have an extra account last year because I was unable to publish on my original account. That temporary account has now been stripped of everything and is ready for you to delete.

You have already verified me, and Stripe confirmed years ago that my account was verified. Therefore, I respectfully ask that you remove the black banner stating that I still need to complete verification. I also have several unanswered support tickets dating back to early March. Could you please explain why these tickets have not received a response?

In addition, I need confirmation regarding my next subscription. Last year, because I was unable to publish for such a long time, you awarded me a complimentary subscription due to begin in September 2026. I was told this could not be applied until my current subscription expires. Please confirm that this is still in place. I have made every effort to contact you, but I have not received a reply. If this continues, I feel I may have no choice but to air my dirty laundry in public, which is something I would much rather avoid.

Please bring this matter to a conclusion. I pay my subscription and simply ask to be treated with the same respect and courtesy as your other paying members. I look forward to your reply.
