Hello Vocal,

You really need to respond to people who need help. So many users are sending messages without receiving any support.

My withdrawal has been blocked, yet Stripe has repeatedly confirmed that I have only one Stripe account and that there are no problems. I have also been fully verified for several years.

Please unblock my Withdraw to Stripe button, as it is preventing me from withdrawing my money. Also, please remove the black banner telling me to “Get Verified to use Creator Tools.” If you look at my profile, you’ll see I already have two verification ticks.

I also need confirmation that I will receive the one year’s Vocal membership you awarded me last year after the problems we all experienced. You promised it would auto to on my account 17 Sep this year. I have proof that is due to me in September 2026. as this is shown on my account details at your end.

Finally, I have lost one month from my membership following last month’s issue, and this also needs to be reviewed.

Please investigate these issues and get back to me as soon as possible. I urgently need your help. Ps I wrote this like this because you’re ignoring all my messages still. So open conversation my only hope. Anyone else in the same situation please leave a vocal message in my comments. In hope they see and reply ❤️

P.S. I have written this publicly because my previous help requests have gone unanswered. Opening this conversation is now my only hope of getting a response.
