A dream

I dream in black and white

Rather strange, colour devoid

I find my vision blurry

Coal curtained, by night

I dream in black streets,

Contradictory to sunlight fields,

A hue of orange yellow

And pink candy floss sheets

I dream

Grey sunlight dancing on the kitchen wall

Under the moonlight

50 shades per sunbeam

Not of better or bigger blues

But as a reminder of

purple coloured skies

That only conscious minds view

First and whitest light

A newborn day and shining yellow hues

A sweet goodbye to black and white

A tender kiss goodnight

Dream, by all means

Colourfully if you must

But live first

In rainbow shining beams
