Violence,

that's the name I call you.

For your violence actions cursed me too.

So sweet I had thought,

blinded enough not to see,

the black ooze

dripping from your skin and hiding

that evil grin.

Trapped I was as the discomfort came.

Now I am scared to hold their hand

in fear they will walk away.

The aggression in your breathing

let me know I was doomed.

I couldn't believe I let you harm

me too.

I may not have bruises to show,

but you mentally injured me so,

the world may not see it

but they will know.

I survived your monsters attack

so now I can let it go.
