Velvet Heat

A tether tight, a pull so strong,

By SamiraPublished 2 years ago • 1 min read

Your touch, a velvet, fevered heat,

In every glance, our shadows meet,

A tether tight, a pull so strong,

Where lust and love both feel so wrong.

Your scent lingers, wild and deep,

It coils around my restless sleep,

A craving fierce, that won’t relent,

In secret hours, desire spent.

The world fades out when we entwine,

Your lips like fire, your heart like wine,

No space, no time, just you and me,

Lost in the dark, eternally.

We burn, we break, yet can't let go,

Our love, a fire both fierce and slow,

A whispered vow, a silent plea,

In lust, in love, we cease to be.
