Beneath the surface of my skin,

Runs a vein that pulses within,

A constant reminder of my life,

A source of power, free from strife.

It carries blood, it carries hope,

A symbol of my ability to cope,

With challenges that come my way,

I won't give up, I'll seize the day.

This vein in my wrist, so small and thin,

Is a reminder of the strength within,

It fuels my body and feeds my soul,

And reminds me that I'm in control.

So when life gets tough and I feel weak,

I look to this vein and find the cheek,

To keep on going, to persevere,

To never give up, to conquer fear.

The vein in my wrist, a simple thing,

Yet it gives me courage, makes me sing,

Of all the possibilities in store,

And all the strength that I have in store.

So let it pulse, let it thrive,

This vein in my wrist, it keeps me alive,

A reminder of my power and might,

And the endless possibilities in sight.
