Veiled

A Poem

Out of time and into darkness

A Shadow of a former Self

Hidden just from view

Some spot where there is nothing new.

Beyond which time, turning forward

I failed to claim such thoughts

I now reveal to you,

But somewhat of a different hue.

I glimpsed the sight, floating into ether

Blending of two halves, but not true either;

Safe in a droop, pain-ridden face

That's my cue to leave this place.

It's devoid of moves and into space

Downright glide of spirit to whom I face.

The white cave adjusts shadows in plain sight

You see - That's what's true. It matters.

It might.
