Unwritten Chapters

I turn the page with trembling hands,

The past behind, like shifting sands.

Not all was lost, not all was right,

But here I stand, beneath new light.

The ink once smeared with tears and doubt,

Now waits for me to spell it out.

No final line, no closing door—

Just empty space, and so much more.

They said the best was left behind,

But I believe they're yet to find,

The parts of me I’ve yet to meet,

The dreams still walking on tired feet.

Then I turned the page—and what did I see?

Blank lines staring back at me.

I smiled and said, “This time, it’s mine—

These pages of glory, line by line.”

I’ll write the words no soul can steal,

Of wounds I healed, of love I feel.

The pages of winning, bold and true—

A story only I can do.

No map, no rules, no perfect art—

Just scars that shaped a fearless heart.

And if I fall, I’ll rise again,

Rewrite my name in wind and rain.

So here’s to starts, to second tries,

To broken truths and gentle lies.

To choosing hope despite the fear—

The next page starts right now, right here.
