Wretched I am

Sophisticated

I am not

A stellar example

Of anything

For I am

I

am

Decrepitude

Be they by thy hands

I always believed

I was a good sport

And magnanimous

In defeat

When it happens

So often

But alas

Belief is nothing

But faith

And alas

I am not

It hurts it burns

and though it's part

of the game

it still eats at

my complicated psyche

That darts and sways

my complex personality

That swings and dips

Between enigmatic egomania

And preposterous imposter

I can only be

Who I want to be

Cliche cliche

Descartes
