Lost in a sea of indecision,

My mind in a constant collision.

Thinking and pondering, day and night,

Oh, how I struggle to decide what's right.

Should I go left, should I go right?

To make a choice, I must have the insight.

The weight on my shoulders, oh so heavy,

A heavy burden I cannot carry.

The clock ticks by, my time runs thin,

My mind clouded with worry and chagrin.

What if I choose the wrong path?

Will I regret it and face God's wrath?

But then I realize, at last,

That the fear of failure is holding me back too fast.

Making a choice is a part of life,

I must dive in despite the strife.

So I take a step, then one more,

And I realize I'm not lost anymore.

In the end, it doesn't matter what I choose,

As long as I stay true to myself and refuse to lose.
