[Verse]
You slammed the door without a glance
Shattered hearts with words that lance
Your shadow looms where light should be
Yet love remains
Eternally
[Verse 2]
A mother’s tears can drown the flame
A father’s trust won’t feel the same
You twist the knife
You fan the fire
But there’s a love that won’t expire
[Chorus]
Only God will keep loving you
When the world’s too broken to pull through
Hatred can crush
Cruelty can sting
But His love is the unbreaking ring
[Bridge]
When you’re lost in your own despair
The mirror cracks
No one’s there
A whisper calls
A hand will stay
Guiding you back through the fray
[Verse 3]
Intolerance builds a wall so high
Meanness turns the well to dry
But heaven’s arms are open wide
Through every storm
A place to hide
[Chorus]
Only God will keep loving you
When the world’s too broken to pull through
Hatred can crush
Cruelty can sting
But His love is the unbreaking ring
