Ugliness of Human Mind

What do you think,

people become very good,

when they know death is imminent?

Nope.

I have seen some of them

carry their ugliness to the grave.

A teacher had a terminal illness,

he knew his time was limited.

In class, he asked a question,

No one but I raised my hand.

He saw me,

yet he did not ask me.

He said, 'if nobody knows,

I will answer' and he did.

You can imagine my feelings

at that moment.

He chose not to ask me.

Years later, as I saw society's filth,

and learned psychology,

I realized the reason.

His kid was in the class too,

he did not want her to feel small.

He was being loving father,

but sacrificed the student.

Nobody tells me,

teachers are representative of God.

some are psychopaths.

If he had asked me that day,

I would be remembering him,

as a good person today.
