Two strangers in the road,

Neither knew of the other,

No one had introduced

Themselves, their presence just a bother.

The sky a vast expanse,

Clouds pass by in solemn flight,

As if awaiting a chance

To strike up a conversation this night.

But alas, the two continued

In silence they stayed apart,

The looming dusk ensued

And each went back to their start.
