Two Faced Lies

Quite The Art It Seems

By George HallPublished 8 days ago 1 min read

Say, i know you,

or at least i think i do.

You're the one who's always on time,

or should i say, always lags five minutes behind.

You seem to be quite a sophisticated chap,

sorry, i meant to say a simple and dreary type.

I hear you were quite the stud, back in your day,

but now it seems you just smell like dry clay.

How is it you can live out our days,

when people keep saying thing like this, to you everyday.
