Two Centers

verse 3

By Forest GreenPublished 2 months ago • 1 min read

Mirror on the wall, who is the realest of 'em all?

two centers staring back, both of them tall,

one wearing suits, the other wearing scars,

both of them telling me I can't have it all,

I’m the product of the pressure and the pain,

one center teach me how to stay in my lane,

the other teach me how to break every chain,

I’m the middle of the storm where the two collide,

one center want the quiet, the other want the ride,

I’m the balance in the middle where the truth reside,

still hear the echo of the two centers pride
