Twin Showers on the 29th of July 2025
A year for night sky spectacular shows
Twin Showers on the 29th of July 2025
The night of July twenty-nine begins the show
no noise, no fuss, just sky on fire
two showers cross the dark
Delta Aquariids, Alpha Capricornids
slow streaks
bright trails
quiet spells above the trees
No telescope
just your eyes
a blanket on grass
and maybe someone beside you
saying nothing
Twenty meteors, maybe more
each one slow
each one staying longer than it should
as if it knows
this night does not come back
Find a place with no lights
wait for the world to hush
then look up
the sky is doing something rare
Don’t miss it
