When we are going through a challenging time,
it is hard to keep a positive outlook,
but if we can only remember
that each ‘triumph’,
whether small or large,
strengthens our hold on life.

and we become resilient and hopeful
towards our future.

the struggles that come along,
day in and day out,
we start to shape ourselves
