Tree

Just a poem about how unproductive I am

By Nafisa AshrafPublished 2 years ago • 1 min read

I'm imagining myself to be a tree.

Unmoving, unmotivated tree.

But I live only in the nights,

taking oxygen and giving off carbon dioxide.

Am I living for the sake of living?

Am I achieving the things I wanted to, was supposed to?

I guess I am a tree!

Unmotivated wannabe tree.
