Life shrank into a deep silence, Dreams collapsed under the weight of compliance. A phase when freedom was all there was, Laughter and joy untouched by any cause. At a tender age, heaven was lived through dreams, Innocent souls dreamed only in serene streams. With a glow of hope in their eyes, they lived life joyfully, Unaware of the hardships to come, they walked blissfully.
The tragedy began when they cried in secret, Silent tears fell, hearts broken in regret. They got trapped in this vast rat trap, The faint shadow of the past became their trap. They kept losing themselves, in search of finding themselves, Lost in echoes of empty realms. Lost the true joys of tender age, to chase happiness for a lifetime, Dreams are abandoned just like poems rhyme.
