Giving in to temptation…
Choosing a Big Mac and fries
Not a salad
Cheese…need I say more?
Imbibing Sugar
In all it’s sneaky guises
Having “just one more”
Alcoholic beverage
When it was time to stop
Some time ago
Getting the bus
Hopping in the car
When it’s perfectly safe to walk
Unwise choices all
But they are enjoyable
They are easier
And being lazy is a tempting choice
But to play the long game
And know
Well, you already know …
Be truly AWARE
You only have one life
And without your health
Everything will be a struggle
And you’ll actually be living only half a life
Totally unhealthy
