Tonight’s News, Tomorrow’s Gossip
Brain washed by the broadcasts

Tonight’s News, Tomorrow’s Gossip
News or gossip, take your pick,
Local news dies out too quick.
Football, boxing, cook with me,
Baby born into poverty.
Believe it or not, it’s up to you,
Edged with black or ribbons of blue.
Gossip, cry, do your own thing,
Yesterday’s news about everything.
Cook with me or write a story,
Tell the reporter, what’s this glory?
Good news, bad, it’s a feast,
The cold wind from the north east.
Take your pick, believe it or not,
See page three, wow, lady so hot.
Excitement, love or mystery,
Here is the news for all to see.
Old man, young man dies,
Terror there before your eyes.
Watch the news or just turn off,
Monkeys spread a deadly cough.
