Today Is Tomorrow
This is a song I wrote, but I turned it into a poem.

I’ll love you tomorrow
I love you today
I can’t help it
But I want you to stay
My heart is a puzzle
And you stole a piece
I tried to get it back
But I’m weak in my knees
I’m in a crowded hall
But I feel so alone
I’m waiting for you to call
I keep checking my phone
And it’s the same thing every time
I’m waiting for myself to make up my mind
My heart is yours to borrow
And I’ve never got it right,
Today is tomorrow
It’s always a sad song
It’s been that way all along
I try to pick up the beat
But it’s this tune that I keep
I still have so much to do
But the face in my mind belongs to you
My heart is yours to borrow
Your stare is a bite,
Today is tomorrow
My heart is yours to borrow
It’s gonna be a long night
Today is tomorrow
