To those who comment and like thank you.

Yesterday, 13 of you stood with me. Out of 417 subscribers.

Maybe the rest were busy.

Maybe they scrolled past me like I was a stranger.

I don’t know what I did wrong?

or if I did anything at all.

Am I getting to you all?

Have I been hushed out?

Can people even see my work?

I am confused?

Is it the AI things that seem to attach to my poetry?

Pretending to be human ?

could they be blocking me from you all?

I feel that sinking, depressing, alone feeling

one moment there’s a wave of likes,

then it’s just a few dear ones ?

and everyone else seems locked out,

unable to comment, unable to care

or simply unwilling

maybe you don’t like my poems?

It makes me sad. 😢

I still write anyway.

I am housebound, depressed, sad.

My writing keeps me going.

Your comments cheer me,

your likes make me smile.

All in all, I feel not alone.

Some don’t understand I question everything.

it’s true. I just panick, I worry

Even when it’s quiet.

Even when it feels like a ghost town.

If you’re still here, say something.

comeback 🙏

Tell me I’m not the only one who’s still here.

If you left, maybe you’ll notice

what silence feels like from the other side.

I’m not angry. just wonderin.

I’m just tired of shouting into silence.

I’ll keep writing. Because that’s what I do.

I am torn now between thinking,

I am not good enough

and that I did something wrong.

Did I?
