To Lay My Head

What a concept

to know

that people always have somewhere

to go

In stasis

In transit

In flux

Home is a hell of a concept

What would it feel like?

To be so secure

To always have faith is the knowledge

that you have somewhere to go to

Home seems like something worth having

like something I might like to try

But somehow it seems like it must come

from nobody other than I

I've heard that home's where the heart is

So I guess that that's where I'll start

Because I've never had too much

But one thing I've got is the heart.
