_ 'tis true ~•°

... a pantoume ...

°•~ for her

‘Tis true, that some stars seek to align within life’s mysterious ways,

So as the moon casts her light, giving rest to the setting sun.

Believe it as you may, to wise words spoken they say

for a conundrum of novel beginnings, surely cannot be undone.

So as the moon casts her light, giving rest to the setting sun,

a soul that lie dormant has awoken by chance’s design.

For a conundrum of novel beginnings, surely cannot be undone,

unexpected of such great expectations for this moment in time.

A soul that lie dormant has awoken by chance’s design,

passing of days in a dream-like daze; kissed by an autumn breeze.

Unexpected of such great expectations for this moment in time,

my heart shaded in grey–gone with the wind on falling leaves.

Passing of days in a dream-like daze; kissed by an autumn breeze,

your brushes color my reality into a new kind of existence.

My heart shaded in grey–gone with the wind on falling leaves,

allured into the evanescence of a love, my soul’s been searching ever since.

Your brushes color my reality into a new kind of existence,

my spirit stirred by echoes, quietly whisper tales of romance and such.

Allured into the evanescence of a love, my soul’s been searching ever since,

the zealous heart guided by passion desires the essence and your touch

My spirit stirred by echoes, quietly whisper tales of romance and such,

believe it as you may, to wise words spoken they say.

The zealous heart guided by passion desires the essence and your touch,

‘tis true, that some stars seek to align within life’s mysterious ways.
