I thought I was sleep

jumped over the wall

ran through the woods

slid through the tunnel

ended at the slot machine

bet $100.00 dollars

requested a cab back to my hotel

just to realize I wasn’t there

oh Vegas, Oh Vegas

turn off the lights

it time to go sleep even if

its a quick nap…..

snooze I lost all my cash

it just a drop in the bucket

and this to will past…..

When I awaken…

I will fall back to sleep…..

the sun will rise

the sun will set

Oh Vegas, Oh Vegas

will I ever rest!
