Timeless Time!

We'd thought there was more time to dance around but we were embraced by Shock herself.

We grew up pondering on thoughts of a magnanimously gracious future and this did gladden our infant hearts.

Alas! No one told us what awaited us...

Unlike our friends, we had no luxury enjoyed by other young chaps with reckless abandonment; still we waited on TIME.

"Men do not cry..." So we watched our MOTHER cry when rubies ran from her but yet still, TIME was our only HOPE.

Time became a crawling sloth everytime we looked ahead but a cheetah behind our backs; still, we trusted Her.

We watched people draw their last breath and some born into TIME but we never knew we'd grow old so soon.

All these while, we have waited on TIME but She never smiled at us while we strut and fret our hours upon this dark globe of sin.

Things went sour when we questioned her; She flew away and left us to ourselves.

"...every man to his own way..."

Now we plead for the retrospect of TIME but she is adamant and would never hear our plea.

"I am Timeless!" That's all she ever said to us but we are still here praying and hoping She smiles her FORTUNES at us while we breath for no one knows what the GREAT BEYOND holds when we depart the miseries of this world...

My hands are weary of toil and words have failed me but my consolation shall be in my God who's VICTORY I bask my STRENGTH for His unending Love shall be my Haven at last!
