Time Warp

I closed my eyes and traveled through time

From the past to the present, to the future, so fine

I soared through the stars and across the seas

To places where the sun never sets, and the moon never sleeps

I flew through the centuries, a blur of light

My destination unknown, my path just right

I was free to roam, to explore, to see

All that the universe had meant for me

As I traveled through the fabric of space and time

I saw all that was and all that would be mine

A venture through time to watch history unfold

Only to learn of many stories untold

Back to the past, or to future's door

A never-ending possibility, forever to explore
