Where in the Universe Can We Go?
The following Haiku Poem was written for submission to the Vocal+ Haiku Time Challenge, dated February 9, 2023 to February 28, 2023.

Time to study how
To live on other planets?
Or be kinder here?
***
The logical solution in some people's minds is to take advantage of our advanced knowledge and experience in space travel and find another planet, similar in composition and substance to the one we have been systematically wrecking for so long!
Megabucks have been invested in boosting the length of human life (a worthy goal) and finding a place to move to if Mother Earth cannot continue to sustain us.
Why not invest megabucks to loving care of Mother Earth...perhaps all her ills could be healed if we gave her the best treatment possible.
We need to be kinder to Mother Earth and all our fellow earthlings!
