"Time"

Taming Itself ~ Masquerading Expectations

By Z-ManPublished 4 days ago 1 min read

image caught in time,

anchored in the storm;

its kin the third,

its soul in legend;

the past observed beyond its

veil;

the veil of death, and maiden sight;

for fortune's change must seize the reins:

the reins the tethers,

akin to strap

and civil stick;

and steersman's frame hollow in shape,

guise shall shift in liquid flow

with change

en masse

of mass appeal;

~^~

Waves a-crash the medium, borrowed,

Words their evidence;

Metaphor their blood;

Sense, our fixation;

:

Bubbling forth, reaction shown,

Orbs encasing hint to all

Upon the throne of

our fixation
