Tidle waves, crashing down

I’m swept of my feet

Underneath, I cant breathe…

I fear I might drown

Pull of the undertoe, unable to resist

Dragging me under...

I cannot avoid this

So let it come, let it wash me away

I give in

I am ONE

No longer afraid

Waves coarsing through every inch of me

Lifeless and limp

I awake in a dream

Beneath the surface, I open my eyes

Looking out from within, truth permeates lies

Clouds part

Delusions fade

As the light of day seeps through a veil of grey

Waves of existence, I cannot deny

In the depths of my being, I come down from my high

I’m alive, I can see... I breathe a sigh of relief

The tide is soothing, gentle, and calm

For now…

And always

I am free to carry on
