Tock, tock - tick, tock...
the time goes by so slow;
I watch the clock.

An annoying knock
and its creepy echo...
tick, tock - tick, tock.
*
Lying here in shock,
letting paranoia grow...
I watch the clock.
*
The light I block
as morning starts to glow;
tick, tock - tick, tock.
*
Eyes open, locked -
I'm exhausted although
I watch the clock.
*
Another night I mock,
the moon is now below -
tick, tock - tick, tock;
I watch the clock.
