Thoughts

As I walk through these streets

I can see a fork in the middle

With every step I take closer It seems so far

As I get further and further

The dark is creeping in

Until I am engulfed in darkness

I close my eyes to see the light

But there is none to see

All there is darkness and fear

I continue to walk

Until I see a sign that says

One way leads to my horrible future

The other leads me to a great future

Then I stand and think

As I think light forms under my feet

Then I feel someone pull me

Into the darkness

I try to escape

but I am being Trapped

in the darkness

Trapped in a cage like a pet

In my own mind and body

By my fears
