I want to say thank you for all you have done. The pain you have felt cannot be undone. I stand before the flag, grateful I’m free. Looking up at the sky remembering those who died for me. I know you’re all watching from up above. I want you to know I’m thankful and send you all my love. Your acts of great bravery will never be forgotten. For you have given me the greatest gift I have ever gotten. A place I call home that remains in peace. Due to your acts of bravery and those who died for me.
