This Isn’t AI, It’s a Pulse

The Clique That Mistook Life for AI

Disclaimer: These stories come from my own hands, my own notes, and my own lived years. I write them, shape them, and polish them myself the same way I edit my videos and create my music. This is my voice, my blues, my work.

 Definition of a Clique

A clique is “a small group of people, with shared interests or other features in common, who spend time together and do not readily allow others to join them.”

Merriam‑Webster adds that a clique is “a narrow exclusive circle or group of persons; especially one held together by common interests.”

Cambridge says it plainly: A small group who spend time together and do not want others to join.

I look up from the dark

To the light

Not out of fright

Not out of spite

Remembering there are peeps

That focuses on policing

Colleagues,

Combing through their writing

Looking for AI

Seeing if they spot AI

Oh, they say,

“She used AI as copy & paste”

As of lately

I will remind you, policers

Not all you think

Not all you do

Is cool

It is rude

Shrewd

Ready to pounce,

Accuse, launch out at

Scream at

Ostracize, gossip like that

To reassure one’s own

Insecure personality quirks

That lurks

Judging

Criticizing

Ostracizing

Anything or anyone that sparks life

Raw unfiltered feelings

Such as blood spurting out

From a new wound

As it spurts out

The nurse grabs the towel

Covers the wound, applies

The rag like a tourniquet

The blood is bright red

And patient is scared

But no worries

It’s just a production shoot

For the new raw, unfiltered story I wrote

And when the director yells cut,

I look straight at the camera,

wipe the fake blood off my hands,

and smile the kind of smile

only a real writer knows how to make.

Because while the AI‑policers are still combing through commas

And

 sniffing around metaphors

trying to smell circuitry,

I’m over here creating worlds

 with nothing but my pulse

and a keyboard.

They can keep policing shadows.

 I’ll keep writing the light.

I WORKED IN VIDEO EDITING FOR MANY YEARS. I WAS EXCITED ABOUT LEARNING AI. NOW THE CLIQUE IS JUST THAT, A CLIQUE. MY IDEAS ARE MY IDEAS. NOT YOURS, NOT AI. THEY ARE MINE. AT 77 I WRITE, RAW UNFILTERED STORIES, NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART.

SINCERELY,

VICKI LAWANA TRUSSELLI

77 YEARS OLD SEPTEMBER 18

AUTHOR, FILMMAKER, ARTIST, AMAZON INFLUENCER AFFILIATE, POET, DIGITAL MARKETER, AND A REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING WITH FEELINGS AND A SOUL OF AN EMPATH. TO SPEND HOURS ON A VIDEO OR A STORY WITH DEPTH IS A RELIEF TO FINISH IT. THEN I HAVE TO FACE POLICING AND WHAT A BAD PERSON I AM FOR THAT. I FINALLY REALIZED I WAS THE ONLY PERSON SHARING MY SOUL THROUGH MY ART AND WRITING, WITH VIDEOS. SOMEONE ASKED ME HOW I DID THAT. I WORKED IN THE REAL INDUSTRY; LA TIMES, PASADENA, WHITTIER, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, DISNEY, SANTA MONICA TV, DOCUMENTARIES, JUDGE FOR THE CALIFORNIA MUSIC ASSOCIATION, AND FREELANCE MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTION. I was a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, WOMEN IN FILM, and attended the CHRISTMAS PARTIES in Burbank presented by the Nashville/American Country Music Association before they moved to Las Vegas. I FILMED THE AUSTIN CITY LIMITS MUSIC FESTIVAL 2007. WHAT HAVE YOU FILMED OR WHAT HAVE YOU NOT FILMED?

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE IN YOUR LIFE?????
