This Is Lust

A Lust Poem

By Elizabeth RemreyPublished 8 years ago 1 min read

I can feel the electricity enter my body as your voice fills my head

No matter how high I build these walls your name seeps through the mortar

As I lay in bed at night, while I'm dressing for the day, on my drive, during my workday...there you are

As easy as it would be to believe that this is love, this is more organic than that

This is Lust

The sinfulness of my desires turn me on in every way, and I can not shut myself off

The way my name sounds on your lips, the way your hands feel on my thigh, it's constantly running through my head

The closer we get the more that I want

Chemistry is the strongest addiction I've encountered

Come feed my habit
