These things do rhyme

Responsibility,

Maturity,

Happiness,

Things that don't always rhyme

There is the maturity of age,

of convenience,

And there is that of freedom

The one that is not imposed on you as a profitable job,

A stable relationship,

Or a likely destination

The one who is full of doubts,

Sweetness,

Craziness,

And healing, lots of healing

This life is so fleeting,

So light-hearted,

That it's better to live without a threshing floor or on the brink,

Than survive in a suffocating certainty so whole

No need to be irresponsible

Just immeasurable,

In search of something that seems so unique

Take a shot,

love,

Get rid of it!

You follow what everyone says,

And after you finally shut up

It is restlessness that your soul exudes

Because in this world of so much absurdity,

I can't be deaf, much less dumb

I have a screaming voice!

And a fierce heart

daring,

Wisdom,

Empathy,

These things do rhyme.
