How could I be me, if I was somebody else?

That would definately not feel like me,

In all my glory,

With my beautiful smile,

And my bubbly personality.

I have my problems, like everybody else,

And I,

Get upset,

Get mad,

Sulk,

Tantrum,

Feel bad.

There are parts of myself, that I physically do not love,

My bad teeth, but hey! They will be fixed soon,

My apron tummy,

I'm working on that,

Though;

Forgive myself I must,

I have had kids!

I can sing,

I can dance,

I'm a 50 year old,

Though I'm still very young.

The truth is;

There wouldn't be me, If I wasn't me;

There is only one me!
