them boring brown eyes

the hate that moves a skin

By M.Published about a year ago • 1 min read

I seek your round face in the dark,

with my long pale skeleton-led hands

those people don't know

about your boring brown eyes

my boring brown eyes

as you tell me of pains

and expectations, rounding your shoulders

I will nod and rest my useless long hands

but I'll never really fathom

with my stupid brown eyes

and I can't teach you my inner language

because I cannot speak it

my stranger long hands grasp at everything

and yet they're not so deep,

my ugly flat empty evil boring brown eyes
