i came here to stun and shock

repulse delight and amuse

and it is this version...of this art

i chose to freely abuse

my material is purely satirical

take from it what you will

i don't intend to purposefully offend (liar)

and definitely bear no ill

watch as i carefully blend

a cup of parody with a pinch of real

stir in a modicum of irrefutable truth

just enough to seal the deal

on a knife edge i balance

the perverse the mundane

i come alive in these riddles

but it's a life i can't explain

over there is what you want

and this here is what you get

but none of this is definite

because none of this is set

literary smoke and mirrors

every custom prop is a fake

made of foam and poster paint

and like every actor; a flake
