If not for the blood on the thorn,
How would we learn of the twin gardens?
If not for the scent of the rose,
What would entice us to grow?
If not for the courage of our soul,
To explore the unknown valleys,
We would never know the heights of mountains.
For when we move in the direction of purpose,
We find ourselves everywhere, in everything.
As some find the fog too thick to move in,
Only to hear in the distance the zen master speak.
Though his words make no sense from within,
But reasons for all the master simply begins.
There are no wrong paths. No wrong thoughts.
Just fog inside the clearing.
So keep on your way, for the fog shall lift one day.
