A Silent Serenade of Strife

Amidst broke echoes, woes unfold,

Burdened by pockets, empty and cold.

Chasing dreams where friends soar,

Dignity stripped, shame I bore.

Expectations grew from foreign lands,

Festive cheer hid by home's quiet sands.

Gaze of love and pain, my mother's refrain,

Humbled by understanding, no need to explain.

In judgment-free walls, solitude near,

Joy eluded, festive spirit unclear.

Kindling dispute, stark clothes divide,

Love endures, in silence, I confide.

Mother's unwavering support, a humble gift,

New Year's quiet start, a hopeful lift.

Quietly seeking prayers, respite in the night,

Riches assumed, dreams in distant light.

Solitary Christmas, a tale untold,

Struggles endured, love clear and bold.

Time ticking, New Year's chime,

Understanding the worth of a challenging climb.

Voices of hope, the alphabet's song,

Walls shielding, where I belong.

eXit from woes, a journey's start,

Yearning for glee in a hopeful heart

A Great quote I edited and took from Walt Disney himself
