The World is Quiet Here

A Brief Farewell

By Judah LoVatoPublished about a year ago 1 min read
“This is, to me, the loveliest and saddest landscape…”

The world is quiet here

Where you stood and left one night

The warm and greedy sands reached out to cover you

Taunting the stars

But the stars laugh

They know they have you as you really are

And the sands acquisition will fade to sand

And with the stars you’ll be forever

Laughing as the worlds pass by
