Spend a great time
The WhatsApp, a tool so fine
For staying connected all the time
With friends and family near and far
It's a digital connection in your pocket, not a bar
From sharing messages, to sending memes
To making calls, it's all so easy it seems
Groups for work, groups for play
The WhatsApp has something for every day
But with all its convenience, comes a flaw
The constant notifications, never a pause
From early morning to late at night
The pings and vibrations, an endless flight
So take a break, put down the phone
Disconnect for a bit, leave it alone
Go out and breathe the fresh air
The WhatsApp will still be there

My To Be Read List
I have been taking some time away from writing. I haven't forgotten about Vocal, the truth is I just have been too busy pursuing other things to write online and honestly, my little family and I just had a really hard month between the flu and a weird eye infection/cold circulating our house. I'm currently sipping some warm peppermint tea because my throat is sore.
