Heartbreak can bring better things to you

When you left

my walls came crashing down

burying me underneath

When you left

my sight was blurred

making me see nothing

Only darkness

When you left

you gave me a void

and I made it home

Now that you are gone

I see color

everything is beautiful

Once again

Now that you are gone

I digged myself out

so I can breath happliy

Now that you are gone

I don't need the void

because the void was myself that I hid

For far too long

You were my everything

But now you are not

You are just a part of my past
