The Uncertain

deep within the shallows of the soul are vibes,

vibes of a life once nurtured with love,

once contemplated with hope,

once full of anticipation,

now depleted,

stripped of the zest and vibrancy

reeling with every heartbeat,

every breath,

every adventure,

every moment in passing

despair has eroded the inner sanctuary where peace once reigned,

confusion has profoundly enraged uncertainty.

life goes on,

but to where?

a destination lost,

wonderment becomes the new abyss, aimlessly evading the known,

evolving within the unknown!

to seek is to find,

yet seeking surrenders to tranquil passiveness,

aggression fades,

reality has vanished,

only the certain remains uncertain!!
